I RESTATE. I THINK WOLVES COULD HAVE A SPECIAL ANNUAL TRACKING/MONITORING WITHOUT BEING PROTECTED ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME SPECIES THAT NEED IT MORE THAN THEM.

Ximena: In my opinion, the problem with the Tuareg farms is that the lake is drying and they need the water to survive and conserve their agriculture and also elephants need it to survive.
