Conclusions:
We use simple present for events that are permanent. (always, sometimes, never, every ___, etc.)
We use present continuous for events that are temporary, not permanent.
(this year, this week, etc.) or (at the moment, now, right away, etc.)
I am typing on the computer. (right now)
I am reading a novel this week. (around now)
Q&A:
Ss: Mr. Jaramillo , how do I know when to use simple present or present continuous?
Mr. Jaramillo: Very easy, look at the time expression.
Ss: Mr. Jaramillo, there is no time expression!!!
Mr. Jaramillo: Oh, oh. Analyze the context. Ask yourself, is this sentence temporary or constant/permanent?
Ss: Mr. Jaramillo, so is the verb “live” always in the simple present?
I _am_ ___living____  with my sister this month. I am looking for a new apartment.
I (study) ___am studying___ English these 2 years.

Conclusions:
  1. There are 3 types of questions: Yes no question (4 and 6), Wh questions Predicate (1, 3, 5), and Wh questions Subject (2).
  2. Subject questions  ASK for the subject. The question word order is similar to  S +  V + C ?
  3. Yes no questions and Wh questions predicate have the order :      aux + S + verb ___ ? (except BE: no aux)
